1. The case is that the 3# zinc alloy product required to be electroplated is die cast by a cold chamber machine, and the material temperature loss and the oxide skin generated by the material tube are likely to cause poor appearance and cause electroplating blistering.
2. The cross sectional area of the main flow channel of the gating system is less than the sum of the cross sectional area of the branch flow channel, and the flow channel is involved in the gas during the metal flow transfer process.
4. Improvement 
1. Customize a feeding pipe with oil heating to avoid the loss of material temperature.
2. Reduce the cross sectional area of the four branch channels and adjust the filling angle.
3. Due to the limited location, choose to deepen the way, increase the cross sectional area of the main channel (as shown in Figure 6)
5. Tips
About gate location:
If the casting design is just in line with the section shrinkage, the gate should be arranged at the larger end of the section as much as possible to minimize the air entrapment in the cavity. As in this case, the reopening of the mold can be considered to place the gate opposite the current gate.
