casting appearance requires products should do passivating after sand blasting.as no cover during spraying,the casting appearance requirements are much strict.It could be exposed obviously even if a tiny defect In this case,the defective cause is filling angle of runner gates on two sides. the filling angle of the two sides basically become a tangent angle with cavity wall.The metal liquid is flowing too fast by the cavity wall.metal liquid on two sides first come to overflow port, block the vent-pipe. so it causes the air in cavity can't be discharged in time, which leads to defects.

1.adjust the filling angle of the two sides gates, divide by circle center, fill the product center first, metal liquid flows from center to outside. The air in cavity could be discharged as much as possible. Then it will be improved well.
2.the biggest side on product edge becomes formed end.increase 2 overflows and vent-pipes.

For degassing
if air entrainment exists in the casting center,parting face is already blocked by metal liquid,so the effect of exhaust and slag removal will be not good.Here it is necessary to adjust runner,improve the filling way,and let metal liquid flow to the degassing difficult place firstly.
