1, An acceptable defect shall not affect the assembly and function of the part, otherwise it will be rejected.

2, Defect tolerance defines the maximum allowable number of defects in the region of 900mm×900mm. However, two or more than two distinct defects can not be connected.

Defect definition are following:

A: rust / oxidation: chemical reactions occurring on the surface of metals exposed to air, including yellowing and other anomalies.

B: discoloration: background or expected color changes, or parts of the surface color is inconsistent. 

C: scratch: shallow trench in parts of the surface, including open at the end.

D: indentation: a groove mark on the surface of a part made of a sharp object. The nail can feel it. 

E: plating mark / flow mark: because of uneven thickness of the coating, the surface of the parts on the surface of corrugated or strip abnormal area

F: trace: small pits, bending marks or other marks of matrix materials, but still can not be eliminated after coating. 

G: dust or grease: in the manufacturing process and stay on the surface of the part (not dirty cleaning). 

H: spot / particle: any unexpected foreign matter on the surface of the coating or parts. 

I: pits: crater defects on the surface of parts. 

J: mold mark: because of the forming mold on the surface of the parts caused by the process mark, all parts of the mold mark location and size are the same, evenly distributed
