Product structure in this case has perforated baffle limit, parting surface structure is complex, due to the flow channel design can not meet the metal flow parallel filling effect, resulting in high gas content inside the casting, when the gas residue in the product surface is thin to form an air barrier, when the product surface is affected by external force will appear warping, foaming, bulking phenomenon, such as sandblasting, shot blasting, painting and so on.
4. Improvement 
Re-open two gates after the middle runner is blocked by welding, add a gate to the side, connect the two gates at the end of the assistant runner, after optimizing the flow path in this way, the parallel filling effect can be basically satisfied and the purpose of improvement can be achieved.
5. Tips
About runner guidance:
The filling direction of the liquid metal is critical, however, if the runner guide is too short, the actual filling can not meet our expectations.  Such as the case example of the assistant runner at red box position (see figure 6), orientation is very short, after turning the actual metal flow or to turn to in front of the party.
