1. The casting is a step deep cavity shell with different height. Side pouring, different cavity depths have different functional requirements for the gate, and the deeper gate will have different filling supply and filling  angles. Due to the different depth of the cavity, the side pouring scheme requires high flow channel design experience to achieve the smooth filling effect of the metal flow. The different filling distance and filling supply between the deep cavity added at the back is too long to be wrapped, which cannot improve the effect.
2. Column leakage is that the column is too high, the bottom of the column is made of inlaid needles, due to the excessive wrapping force of the column, the root is pulled and cracked.

1. The gate front-end material reduction level characteristics are disassembled into inserts, and the surface is treated with nano-coating to reduce the wrapping force.
2.  Redesigned by red mold to avoid running material lead to the parting surface and the exhaust duct have unstable cape residue, affecting the sustainability of the exhaust.

About gas exhausting:
Now, a large part of the Die Casting production is automated production, in order to ensure that the cavity does not remain large pieces of aluminum chips (such as exhaust), the cavity residue inspection or casting completeness inspection should be increased to ensure that the exhaust is normally, and to prevent the mold from breaking and pressing deformation due to the mold.
