4. casting analysis
Different wall thickness problem: when two core-pulling are not fixed when the mold is closed, and the aluminum water flows at high speed, causing pressure on the long core-pulling. When the erosion pressure is greater than the long core-pulling , the core-pulling  will swing and shift to one side.

Cold lap issue: 
Main runner gate section area too small.(original design 167 mm²)
When design main runner,the distance from the tail to main runner was not considered(potential failure).
when normal die casting,aluminium liquid flows to the end, temperature is dropped rapidly.It is hard to form.
5.improving measures
1. Add a certain position at the two core pulling points to ensure concentricity and prevent core deviation. As shown in the picture below:
2. ① main runner gate section area is  from 167 mm² increased to  238.56 mm². 
② add aided gate, build a bridge on the middle of products,which helps to facilitate the rapid flow of  aluminum liquid, reduce the time to reach the tail, in order to improve the molding effect, as shown in the following pictures:

7. Tips
For core shift
1.die-casting design should pay attention to the the wall thickness of the core on both sides ,which should be as uniform as possible, to prevent the core bending during contraction; At the same time, attention should be paid to the length and diameter of the core, and the slender core is easier to bend.
2. In the design of the gating system, attention should be paid to avoiding direct impact on the core as far as possible, and the mold structure should be inserted and fixed.
