3. Casting analysis
This case is a finished casting with air tightness requirements. As parting is the same flat surface of the gate and the overflow port, the rear mold cavity is a little bit deep, and the metal liquid flows along the material level first reaches the overflow port during the Die Casting filling process, and the deep cavity area of the rear mold is filled at intervals, and the air in the cavity cannot be effectively discharged. In order to disperse the air by high-speed and high-pressure process, the hot knot and high temperature are formed at the gate, resulting in the sticking mold and the processing surface porosity.
4. improving measures
Adjust the filling angle of the gate, fill the deep cavity of the mold first; Through partial pre-filling process adjustment, the filling is sequentially filled from the gate  to the forming end to maximize the exhaust of air in the cavity.
5. Tips
For ejector pin arrangement:
As many ejector pins as possible can be arranged on the machining surface in order to discharge the gas in the cavity as much as possible. As in this case, it can increase some more ejector pins to the processing surface.
